Weekly goals let's go!!

My goals for this week:

1- lose 2 more lbs (or more!) so I will have my 40 lb loss so far

2 - log everyday on MFP

3 - Zombie, Run! or other exercise (but I want to do this one especially!)

This is great Ms Shell!!

Something about writing it out and putting it in public makes the commitment REAL!!!

My goals:

~ Not to take the elevator at work...NOT EVEN ONCE.  Down OR up!!! ( I take stairs down...but chicken out when it's more than 1 floor to go up!)

~Drink 2 of my 33 oz water bottles a day!! Not a sip less!!

I LOVE it...if I didn't work on the 9th floor I'd join you.  I do try to go up and down when I go from 8 to 9!!!  You got this Deb!!

My Goals This Week:

1: Take some time on Saturday to relax and enjoy some ME time. 

2: Sign up for a new Zumba class.

3: NO eating after 8 pm.

My goal this week - Get through it!

Work is ramping up, and we "go live' with my new client on Monday, so things are super duper crazy.  After the past few weeks, I really needed a break (husband in and out of the hospital and having to have surgery....now he's Mr. Crankypants because he has to be on "light duty" for a few weeks.)

With my hubby on light duty, he's gone all week, and only home on the weekends, which is a little difficult at the best of times....but we're moving in 3 weeks, and that means that I get to do all the packing myself!  Not to mention that I usually work from home, but have to be in the the office for the next couple of weeks, which really cuts down on my packing time, since I can't stop and pack a box periodically during the day.

On top of all that....he can't lift more than 15 pounds right now, which means I get to do most of the heavy lifting.

So...my goal for this week is to get through it with a minimum of frustration, no stupid eating...and a maximum of sanity left when it's all over!

I like this! Hopefully being accountable will help me!

My only goal this week, because it is so hard for me, is to exercise a minimum of 30 minutes/day at least 5 days this week (before Sunday). So far, I'm 2 for 5 :)
