Weekly goals let's go!!
This is great Ms Shell!!
Something about writing it out and putting it in public makes the commitment REAL!!!
My goals:
~ Not to take the elevator at work...NOT EVEN ONCE. Down OR up!!! ( I take stairs down...but chicken out when it's more than 1 floor to go up!)
~Drink 2 of my 33 oz water bottles a day!! Not a sip less!!

My Goals This Week:
1: Take some time on Saturday to relax and enjoy some ME time.
2: Sign up for a new Zumba class.
3: NO eating after 8 pm.
My goal this week - Get through it!
Work is ramping up, and we "go live' with my new client on Monday, so things are super duper crazy. After the past few weeks, I really needed a break (husband in and out of the hospital and having to have surgery....now he's Mr. Crankypants because he has to be on "light duty" for a few weeks.)
With my hubby on light duty, he's gone all week, and only home on the weekends, which is a little difficult at the best of times....but we're moving in 3 weeks, and that means that I get to do all the packing myself! Not to mention that I usually work from home, but have to be in the the office for the next couple of weeks, which really cuts down on my packing time, since I can't stop and pack a box periodically during the day.
On top of all that....he can't lift more than 15 pounds right now, which means I get to do most of the heavy lifting.
So...my goal for this week is to get through it with a minimum of frustration, no stupid eating...and a maximum of sanity left when it's all over!
