Weekly goals let's go!!
I like this!
My goals for the week are:
WATER WATER WATER- I am weening myself back off soda and trying to get AT LEAST a half gallon of water a day this week. I didn't drink soda for three years post op and for the past two have fallen back into some old habits that I am eliminating in '13.
TRACK- I want to track everything that I eat. Also I want to pre-track for the day and try to not deviate when I can help it. Must be honest with myself (and you guys!)
ACTIVE- Not just physically but on the boards. When I stopped posting on here is when I started slipping. I want to try to stay active on the boards during the weekdays not only to help myself but to help others who are just starting out.
Physically I would like to get at least 6 hours of workout in this week.
- My history for those of you who don't know me! I had surgery 5 and a half years ago and lost 140 pounds and in the last 2.5 years have gained about 20 or so back. This is not to the fault of the sleeve but myself and poor decisions thats I made. I never reached goal but I am determined to reach goal in '13!

Hi Ms Shell! New Sleever as of 1/2/13. Im doing very well and taking it one day at a time!
My goals this week:
1) hike up the clear fluid intake to 640z
2) hopefully graduate from clears to full liquids
3) get down a full bottle of isopure! OMG that stuff is torture! I need some protein though.
4) crochet myself a cute scarf wrap Keep myself from going nutty in this house LOL!
