Weekly goals let's go!!
Well, I tried it when I was only doing walking most days so it really whooped my behind BUT if you can do your best for 4-5 days, it will get a little easier. Unfortunately, just when it was getting easier for me, I got sick and it was "hasta la bye-bye" Shred from there on out. Now I'll have to start over!!!
But try it! It's only 28 minutes so you can get an intense workout in the shortest amount of time!

Me too. I have a big plastic jug of some nasty vanilla **** I can't seem to get to the bottom of. I went through a short Banana flavoring kick about 2 weeks post op and bought a 5 lb jug of that and think I have used it once. I have 5 lbs of chocolate that I seem to be making progress on. I just finished a 2 month run where I could only drink RTDs. Just the last two days have I been able to start making them myself and getting them down. I have an unopened container of unjury chicken broth flavor that I could never bring myself to try no matter how many people say it is good. I may give it away to some newbie on here. I think I still have about 30 some odd samples to get through too. I am not buying any more until I get through it all even if I have to vomit up banana flavoring for a month.
