B: Jay Robb strawberry protein shake with 1/2 of frozen peaches
S: Chike coffee protein shake
L: Elina's green chicken soup
D: Elinza's green chichen soup with extra chicken
water: have to get on track

Exercise: Will try to get to the gym tonight, feeling a little under the weather...yuck
S: coffee with scoop protein powder and packet splenda
L: chicken and veggies from soup I made last night.
D: turkey meatloaf with roasted tomatoes and chilis, roasted butternut squash and a salad for rest of family.
S: either greek yogurt or protein drink depending in how I do on protein today.
Vits: done
Water: 32oz so far goal is 80oz today.
Ex: 2 miles fast and slim Leslie Sansone video this morning, 1 mile walk with my dog after dinner.

D: Elina's roasted radishes, some sort of lean meat (chicken most likely)

Exercise: Saw a therapist today. Exercising my brain.

Glad therapy went well. It can be tough at first, but it gets better. I hope the therapist is a good fit for you. If she/he ispromise yourself to be 100% honest with yourself. It's a time/place when you're not being judged. As you can tell, I'm a proponent of therapy. Best thing I did for myself 6 years ago. I'm only a little kookoo now.
