B: Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with a few blueberries added to mix. (Eggface recipe, LOVE IT!!)

S: Not sure

L: Probably a fish taco

D: chicken and poblano casserole.

water: about 20oz so far. Its still early.

1 hour @ house of pain (aka gym) later today

B- Half a slice of great harvest honey whole wheat bread, boiled egg, ww jalapeno cheese stick

S- Protein pumpkin muffin, fage greek yogurt with sf raspberry flavor

L- Chocolate protein shake with pb2 with almond milk

S- Decafe coffee with sf chocolate coffee creamer

D-Some left over of some kind of meat not sure yet what

Water- on track for 12 cups

Vits- on track

Exercise- Gonna play for an hr with my daughter on one of the wii or x box 360 games like biggest loser or sports or kinect adventures she goes back to school tomorrow.

I thought they were pretty good it's so nice to have new things to try out.  Nice fast little snack. Thank you for the link to the recipe.  My husband even tried a bite and said he liked them.

Hey Ms. Shell and everyone!

This is going to be a TOUGH week for me. I have a chart being audited at work, I'm working my second job every evening this week, and I still haven't gotten any good news about my medical issues. I have another appointment tomorrow morning, and each week I try and keep the hope, but I have to admit the hope is fading a bit. I know my eating right now is the one thing I can control, so I WILL!! :)

B: 2oz grilled chicken breast with artichoke hearts and ginger dressing

L: broiled swordfish with cauliflower and cottage cheese sauce

D: hubby is char grilling some sirloin tips, hoping to talk him into roasting some asparagus as well :)

 

water: 7 cups so far, I'll get at least 16

vitamins: only bedtime calcium to go

exercise: still a no
