B- Half a slice of great harvest honey whole wheat bread, boiled egg, ww jalapeno cheese stick
S- Protein pumpkin muffin, fage greek yogurt with sf raspberry flavor
L- Chocolate protein shake with pb2 with almond milk
S- Decafe coffee with sf chocolate coffee creamer
D-Some left over of some kind of meat not sure yet what
Water- on track for 12 cups
Vits- on track
Exercise- Gonna play for an hr with my daughter on one of the wii or x box 360 games like biggest loser or sports or kinect adventures she goes back to school tomorrow.

This is going to be a TOUGH week for me. I have a chart being audited at work, I'm working my second job every evening this week, and I still haven't gotten any good news about my medical issues. I have another appointment tomorrow morning, and each week I try and keep the hope, but I have to admit the hope is fading a bit. I know my eating right now is the one thing I can control, so I WILL!! :)
B: 2oz grilled chicken breast with artichoke hearts and ginger dressing
L: broiled swordfish with cauliflower and cottage cheese sauce
D: hubby is char grilling some sirloin tips, hoping to talk him into roasting some asparagus as well :)
