Are you ready to start your week?  I am!!!  I even canceled on a retirement party.  I mean I wasn't CLOSE to the person so I don't need to go and expend the extra calories and money...either currency to much for me right now.

B:  Protein Shake
S:  Coffee; Gingerbread (THIS is OMG good and good for you)
L:  Buffalo Chicken; String Beans
S:  Protein Shake
D:  Chili

Water:  Goal 12-16 cups
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  Couch to 5K W1D2

Hey Ms. HOT Shell!!!  I like seeing you post on here early!

B: 1/2 Boca Tomato Basil Parmesan Meatless Patty (Did some of you, like Alison & Tripmom02 actually like this?!?  It tasted like caca to me, BLEH!!!  What a jacked up way to start my morning!!!) devil On the flip side, my Kraft Tomato Basil String Cheese was good but dang I had to suffer thru that patty first, & I normally like Boca (or is it Morning Star veggie items?  Geesh!!!!

S: Click Mocha (to make me feel better)

L: Mini Chicken Caesar Salad

S: My beloved Starbucks Iced Coffee w/SF Vanilla Syrup, nonfat milk enlightened

D: Who the heck knows at this point but I gotta plan better ... Tilapia sounds good but I need to go buy it!!!

Exercise: Working on school projects is a pain in the ass!!!!!  MOJO!!!! cool
