I'm feeling better today! Got a lot done around the house today.

B: One small protein pancake (mybariatricpantry.com) and 1/2 turkey sausage patty with SF syrup and spray butter

S1: Coffee with SF Peppermint Mocha creamer and 2 SF Werther's Originals candy

L: Pizza! Recipe: 1/2 Fold-It 5 Grain Flax FlatOut, garlic pizza sauce, 6 turkey pepperonis, 1 cut up chicken tomato-basil meatball and 1/8 cup shredded lowfat Mozzarella cheese. I couldn't fini**** at all but it was soooo good! Took only a few bites of the "bread" too. Rest in fridge for tomorrow.

S2: 1/2 Premier Protein RTD Chocolate shake

D: 2 broccoli florets with spray butter and 2 oz beef burger with blue cheese sprinkled on top

S3:? Maybe not....just depends how I feel. Maybe a protein shake or cottage cheese.

V: Nope...going to take those now! Then nexium before bed.

W: Hmmmm never good here. Will work on it as soon as dinner settles in another 20 minutes or so.

E: Cleaning my house! and then went sledding!!! Still need to go walk. maybe the gym. idk.
