Whatcha eating today VSGers...Sunday!!!
I had a pretty ok day yesterday. Strayed some at a repast but for the most part stuck to proteins. Today is a NEW day and the beginning of my Sun-Sat goal setting. FOOD GOALS: I have my Buffalo Chicken in the crock pot for lunch/dinner during the week. I have my grocery store shopping list all set. I made a virtually NO carb Gingerbread recipe (each serving is like 4 carbs) because without fail when I go low carb (which is mainly protein/veggies) I crave something sweet and protein shakes do NOT do it. If you haven't discovered this ladies blog here's your introduction. This is her gingerbread recipe "Healthified Gingerbread"

L: chiken and dumplings (mostly chicken and broth and maybe one dumpling if im good)
D: tuna cauliflower casserole (finally excited to have someone make this for me!!)
No exercise for me today - i headed to the gym, but my stomach is super swollen and hurts so I'm just going to have to suck it up and take it easy today. Maybe I'll go for a light walk if I'm up for it later.

Exercise: none since I'm so achy that I'll laying in bed all day
B: 1/2 italian cheese chicken sausage, 1/2 scrambled egg
S: coffee with scoop protein powder and splenda
L: Turkey patty with lettuce, tomato, mustard
D: Chicken soup with veggies
S: another protein shake
Vits: Done
Water: 4 cups so far 10 cups goal
Exercise: 2 miles Leslie Sansone fast and slim this morning, 1 mile walk with my dog this evening.

D - Chili
S - Slice turkey / cheese
Water & Vitamins - Yup
Exercise - I just got back from the grocery store. On Sunday afternoon. That surely #$@#$DF counts.

Right? Grocery store on a Sunday afternoon? Freakin' crazy! I'm an 8am Sunday morning shopper, but today decided to sleep in and lounge so I went after lunch. Geezum crow! It was maddening! All those people and men shopping and going the WRONG WAY down the aisles!! Spouses/Partners - teach your men how to navigate the aisles of a grocery store.

... and why do people STOP their carts in the middle of the aisle and then walk to the other end of the aisle, leaving their crap. ARGH!
