This is a good day here in my world...my eldest who broke his collar bone in Oct after being checked in a hockey game...finally got the OK to hit the ice!! Tonight is his first practice...so we are jumping for joy here today!!! And busy busy busy!!
B=2 oz ham slices and 1/2 clementine
S=V8
L=2.5 oz tuna with celery and dill pickle
S=EAS RTD prot drink
D= probably my pre made/ frozen VSG meatball and carrot stick
S=cup of chick soup/broth
W= Gettin' it done
V= On schedule
X=running around like a hockey mom!

YAY good for you Ms Shell! **** it and run your ass off! Wish I could. There is no way in hell I will ever run. That is the one thing I hate, even when skinny. My back problems (which I don't talk about here) prohibit me from doing that as well. The pain is just too much to handle. You go girl!
B: 8oz decaf coffee mixed with 2 tbsp SF peppermint mocha creamer and one scoop vanilla protein powder. yuk! really I am trying. Maybe its just the type of powder. Going to try my RTD vanilla Premier protein shake tomorrow as creamer.
L: 2oz hamburger with feta cheese sprinkled on top and 2-3 small broccoli florets (felt super nauseous after the fact)
S: Kraft Tomato Basil cheese stick
D: no idea....still nauseated. Maybe something leftover like my mango shrimp?
S: depends how I feel
W: yea will be working on that now. I feel like I ate pure salt today and that is so gross
V: Only took my Nexium. Will work on vits later. I will get in by tonight
E: I need to get my ass off the couch! I am in a terrible funk today. Someone come over and kick my ass please?

Exercise: walked to the local grocery and bought myself some plan-friendly basics. (Visiting our daughter for a month - waiting for our first grand baby - due 4 days ago)
