Love my vsg and wouldn't trade it for the world much less for food LOL, i am now 6 months post op, i eat and drink whatever i want, there is nothing i cant have as long as the portions are right. my weight loss has slowed down mostly because i haven't been trying, i don't workout and i haven't been making the healthiest choices, but i am now back on the wagon and finally in ONEDERLAND! 199 baby!...... i have eliminated carbs and boy its true those carbs make a difference!........now onto my personal life! LIFE IS GREAT! i live it daily with enthusiasm, i love dressing up and going out. I am currently wearing a size 12 in jeans and large/XL in tops depending the material (dang arms). i recently went on vacation, took a 7 day exotic cruise to the Caribbean and i find i enjoy food more now since its in small quantities, i ate every 2-3 hours where as before 1-2 meal would keep me full all day :) (while on vacation i did not gain any weight) also i am officially a picture ***** LOL i managed to snap 1800 photos while on vaca and i appear on 95% of them haha and i post them on Facebook too ;) .......please don't hesitate to have this surgery if you need it and are considering it, its true the first 2-3 months are tough but it will be worth your while i promise :)
