Can a vitamin actually be a trigger food?

I got these calciums that taste so good that I'm worried when I'm further our they could be a trigger food.  It's Calcet Citrate Chocolate Creamy bites.  They are so good.  I think I may have to be careful with them.

What flavor are they?  This calcium is actually chocolate.  Tastes just as good as the dove chocolate I used to eat.  lol

Short answer, yes. Anything can be a trigger food really. I had these same vitamins and ended up giving away a whole case because they were triggery for me.

Just as a side note, triggery for me doesn't necessarily mean I eat too much of it, just that I think about eating it too much. KWIM?

Yeap totally get it.  I'm mad at myself.  I bought 4 month supply to save on shipping.  I had sampled them and knew that they were good.  I had tasted other calcium preop and it tasted like chalk.  Wish I would have looked at the nutrition facts and not bought them.  Anyone buy a calcuim that is tolerable and also not so many calories/carbs.?

Yes, I have caramel ones and just decided today to order some different ones because they have really been triggery for me lately. I thought it was just me!

I have the Bariatric advantage caramel and chocolate flavored ones and have already decided not to order them again.  I think about eating them all the time!
