Whatcha eating today VSGers...Friday!!
I get reflux from the egg...we had surgery on the same day by the way...the cottage cheese works fine for me...but I couldn't eat much of a fish filet...and I put no breading on it just bake it in lime juice....you might just be putting a little too much food in your sleeve...mine hurts thinking about putting that breaded filet in mine...lol Good Luck...will be fun to compare notes along the way.
Having another good pre-op day. Just taking it one day at a time. Hoping to get the OK from the NUT later this month and get moved on to the approval process. Fingers crossed!!!
Pretty much same thing as yesterday. I just go with what works...
B - Protein Shake (this is the easiest thing in the morning I'm finding)
S - PB & J (1 tbsp PB, 1/2 tbsp jam, 100 cal. thin)
L - Grilled chicken and broccoli with a few tbsp of light alfredo sauce
S - Just ate an apple...
D - Thinking soup
S - Fresh grapefruit from FL
Water - 72 oz down, I'll get another 32 in when I get home
Exercise - 60 min on the treadmill while watching "White Christmas"

HI! Freezing my shrinking tushie here in Ohio!!! Wishing I was in California with some of you ladies! I am not kissing anyone today....crazy breath from foods today! LOL I am still working on trying to incorporate dense proteins. My tummy isn't liking it too much. Some things are ok, others aren't. I never know until I try!
Pre-B: 5-6 oz Decaf Coffee with SF Coffee Mate Peppermint Mocha creamer....omfg is that stuff good!
B: 3/4 pack of Bariatric Pantry's High Protein Oatmeal - Maple Brown Sugar (I hate the taste but trying to get rid of it)
S1: 2 oz light tuna with a little mayo and mustard in it, Special K Protein Water later on...
L: 2-3 oz? Turkey Breast with a little garlic cheese spread on top (stopped when tummy was full....then was ouchie dangit)
S2: 10 oz Decaf Coffee with SF Hazelnut/Splenda/3oz skim milk
D: Beef and Red Bean Chili with a little shredded cheddar cheese from local supermarket (it was yum and stopped when about full...maybe 1/2 cup?)
S3: ? maybe 1% cottage cheese if I want something. Just depends. Still working on my coffee from S2.
V: Done except other calcium which I will take when I get home
W: Not sure.....maybe 40 oz? Still working on this problem of mine
E: Walked to and from work....thats about it. Working two jobs today and its a rest day for me. Worked out yesterday.

I actually had a big ole' crappy day today...then Tom came by ... UGH! Needed my vitamin X...but never once felt pulled to the food...thank GOD for that blessing! Yeesh!!

108.2 lbs lost from highest weight!
(86.2 lbs of that was lost since surgery date)
