Hey FamBam its always so WONDERFUL to come here. I had avoided it for awhile because well some folks irritated the **** out of me, but you know what...staying away harmed me more then some annoying posts so I'm back for pretty good. And seeing my oldie but fellow goodie ThinLizzy post and my inspiration Elina well it just does my heart good. If you have NOT friended these ladies and read EVERYTHING they have to say you are doing YOUR journey and tool a huge disservice.
So back to MEEEEE...even at 5 years, it's ALWAYS easy to jump back on the train...its the STAYING on this ***** that's hard, but I'm in this fight damnit!!!
B: Protein Coffee/Shake - 1.5 cups Almond Milk; 2 scoop of protein powder; coffee (just a sipping on it morning)
S: 3/4 Cup Greens
L: Tuna Salad; Boiled Egg
S: 3 Crisp Sticks (not on plan total impulse); 2 Fiber Gummies
S: Roadside Nectar Protein Shake
D: Salmon or Swai; Broccoli
Water: Goal 16 cups
Vitamins: I was in such a hurry to take my acid pill I forgot to bring them...so later
Exercise: Couch to 5K; W1D1 (repeat)
NEXT...
I went a little overboard with carbs and fat this past week and gained back 4 of the 7lbs I lost during Christmas week! LAME! Time to jump back on board, I CAN do this! I also haven't worked out since before Christmas because of this damn cold but it's finally starting to dissipate! Thank G!
B: Two bacon pancake bites
L: 2 rollups of BH low sodium ham with 2 deli slice provolone, might stalk out the salad bar to get some beans or extra protein in
S: coco lite maui onion pop cake
D: having friends over tonight for a little gathering to welcome back two friends from Cali. I'm making srircha glazed chicken wings. Low in fat, high in protein. Also on the menu (from friends) stuffed mushrooms and stuffed tomatos. I will try one each!
S: none after the friend's gathering

TGIF, I can't wait to get the heck out of this office! I work alone on Fridays, so I have the office to myself. Sounds great, but man it bores me to death. Corporate law paperwork all day. Bleh.
B: Cottage cheese w/ pineapple
S: Click shake (the last of my tub )
L: Premier vanilla shake
S: Hard boiled egg
D: Chicken soup and 2 saltines
S: ? Maybe some veggies if I'm still awake
Liquids: Working on it.
Vits: Will take when I get home.
Exercise: Nope. Although I did email a personal trainer today
Ohhhhh my friend. love you. In fact I love you enough to tell you you better go home and get that damn acid pill before we are both suffering together :)
Day 3 on track for me - I am having a slight "indulgence" and having soup at a thai restaurant today, but not eating anything else while there.
B: diet hot chocolate, chike protein shake
S: one little mini meat loaf, greek yogurt
L: thai soup
S: probably my normal lunch - spaghetti with zucchini noodles
D: meat loaf and veggies
S: protein shake (depending on my protein levels for the day)
WIll get some kind of exercise - not sure what yet.

Oh girl I TOOK the pill because ironically having MORE then 1/2 cup of Almond Milk triggers an acid attack. So I made sure to take it before I left the house and left my pack of pills lol, but today I have the ONE that COUNTS!!!
Can I just say it's HARD to wait an hour after taking that damn pill before I can drinking anything bu****er =(
happened to me too after the holidays...I gained 4 pounds! Ugh! All I can say is it's a lot better than what I used to gain during the holidays. I know you can do it though, you are an inspiration! I need to get my butt back in gear for sure.
