L: 3 oz cottage cheese
S: 2 oz roast & 1/3 of a roast carrot
D: Shrimp ****tail, cherry tomato, broccoli
Water: So far Tea & the shake
Vitamins: Afternoon & Eve due to synthroid
Exercise: 2 15 minute walks

I'm having another good pre-op day. Have to keep the momentum going!!!
B - Premier Protein shake
S- PB & J (1 tbsp PB, 1/2 jam, 100 cal sandwich thin)
L - Grilled chicken and veggies
S - Apple with chicken
D - Light Progresso Soup - thinking Clam Chowder again. YUM!
S - Probably some veg and FF dip
Water - yup!
Exercise - 45 min on the treadmill this morning. It was -3 when I woke up!! BRRRRR!
B: pina colada shake (protein powder, coconut milk, pineapple jello)
L: Imitation Crab Chunks w/melted butter
S: protein bar of some kind
D: havent decided yet. Might do veggie burger or pumpkin white bean turkey chili
S: SF pudding
3 hours at house of pain aka gym for yoga prep class, zumba, then strength training. Woo hoo!!!
B- Coffee w/ creamer 3 oz Scrabbled Egg 1 yellow 1 white, grilled onions and mushrooms w/ cheese 1 oz of greek blood orange yog. YUMM!
S- Cheese-its RF , coffee w/ creamer
L- 1/2 Wendy's chili and 2 spicy chicken nuggets
D- Ilt LF chicken sag. w/ sauerkraut
Liquids- Not sure, but NOT enough
Exercise- Walking Dog later!
