S: Nothing

L: 2oz of TGI Friday's sirloin without butter, saved the veggies and the remainder for later

S: Bite of banana with some yogurt

D: More than likely left overs

S: Fage w/ 1/4 c. crushed pineapple and 1 Stevia packet

L: Premier vanilla shake

S: Coffee soon and some sort of veggie later on

D: Feeling crappy, and it's 3 degrees out here, so probably some soup w/ a couple saltines

S: Hard boiled egg, diced avocado

Liquids: Working on it. 

Vits: Will take when I get home. 

Exercise: I don't want to talk about it.

Dang Summer!  I'm surprised people don't freeze & crack/break a limb in that kind of weather!!!!

Haha, 3 degrees is warmed up. It was -13 last night! Actually it makes it really hard to get motivated and there a lot of people with seasonal depression in this region. I wouldn't say I have it, but on days like this I do just want to curl up under my heated blanket with some warm soup or coffee. I think I'm going to hit the tanning bed and pretend it's summertime for 10 minutes.

It should not be legal for it to be this freaking cold in Austin. Hubby is making his chili tonight, yummo!
