B - Cornbread and Protein Shake

S - Spinach Salad with Cucumbers and Radish Annies Naturals Lite Ginerly Dressing (pretty good stuff)

L - Sauerkraut and Sausage

S - None

D - Fish and Salad

S - Probalby gonna need some protein

W - Yep on track

V - Done!

E - I need to but I started up my 2nd job again and not quite back into my routine. I will try to do 30 mins of something even if it is jumping jacks between code builds.

b:  latte; pork chop; egg and cheese omelet

l:  Going to a salad bar to build a nice shrimp salad w low-fat dressing

s:  latte

d:  grilled chicken breast and lima beans

s:  Greek yogurt

vites - done

water - I'll pu**** in this afternoon

exercise - weights and treadmill tonight.  I spent too much time on the stairmaster yesterday, and my legs are threatening mutiny!

I guess this is THE post :)

First thing I did this morning - before I even got out of bed, was plan my day and logged all my food. I left myself 200 calories in case I need a snack at some point. 

 

B: chike protein shake

S: tuna salad

L mini meat loaf, mixed veggies

D: spaghetti with zucchini noodles

S: dannon light/fit greek yogurt 

 

Hoping to go for a bike ride this afternoon if I find some warm clothes to wrap up in.,

It might help you feel better to post it & try to stick to your weekly challenge.  I don't always stick to it but it certainly helps me try.  It's an Alison post so you need to do it.  Wait until next week if you wanna.  Luv ya!
