L     4 oz of Skirt Steak 3 slices of cheese

D     Trader Joes Turkey Meatloaf, spinich and mashed potato muffins

S     Chobani with Chia seeds

 

Water     More than halfway to 60 oz

Vitamins   ALL DONE

Exercise   30 min  @ Planet Fitness

Happy Thursday, damn this thread is poppin today! lol :)

 

B: mint cookie shake (treatment day, need at least 8 glasses of liquids before 8am)

L: roasted chicken breast and broccoli

D: more of lunch, except the chicken breast will be marinated in Greek yogurt and charred :)

 

water: 12 cups in so far
