E - I need to but I started up my 2nd job again and not quite back into my routine. I will try to do 30 mins of something even if it is jumping jacks between code builds.

exercise - weights and treadmill tonight. I spent too much time on the stairmaster yesterday, and my legs are threatening mutiny!

First thing I did this morning - before I even got out of bed, was plan my day and logged all my food. I left myself 200 calories in case I need a snack at some point.

D: spaghetti with zucchini noodles
S: dannon light/fit greek yogurt
Hoping to go for a bike ride this afternoon if I find some warm clothes to wrap up in.,
