Whatcha eating today VSGers...Thursday!!!
Can I just say how HAPPY even THRILLED I am that the holidays are over and now I don't have to navigate the minefield of crap that's in our office this time of year =). So I'm hoping my OH friends will help HOLD me accountable, because every Sunday I will be setting a goal PER week. This week I'm on track to complete my 4 days of exercise and the non purchasing of food since I have plenty between my office and home to eat.
B: Protein Shake
S: Boiled Egg
L: Tuna Salad; Mini Peppers
S: 1 Cup Greens; 2 Fiber Gummies
D: 6oz Salmon Fillet
Water: Goal 12 cups
Vitamins: On track
Exercise: 70 abs; 30 squats
NEXT...
Woke up to 108 even on the scale today, that is better than the 108.4 from yesterday and I will take it. I ate under 800 calories yesterday and am happy with my effort over all. The plan for today is to repeat the same basic thing.
B: two eggs with laughing cow cheese
L: Alan's soup with wild mushrooms
D: Alan's turkey chili
Snacks are going to be veggies or more soup. I will watch my water intake and work out today. That's the plan and I am sticking to it. Goal is to be under 105 lbs. by the 16th of the month.
Jen, you think my out-of-shape ass could do Shred?? I've thought about getting it but don't want to get something over my head and end up not doing it. I get a lot more "incidental exercise" these days, take probably 8 flights of stairs per day, walk quite a bit but not anything "work-out intensity". Whatcha think, lady?
Yes!! I think you can do it but just prepare for it to be tough at first. Just do the best you can! It's a great workout that goes by kinda quick!!! Keep me posted!

Oops Ms. Shell, I guess I took too long to create my post cuz here you are!!!! Here goes!!!
B: My own iced coffee with SF coffee mate Caramel Macciato (not really a full breakfast but I wasn't feeling food this morning, whaaat?!?!)
S: 2 hard boiled eggs mashed w/laughing cow strawberry cream cheese spread wedge (hey, don't knock it til you try it. I felt like experimenting today & I love it!!!)
L: Mini chicken cesaer salad (230 calories, 8 grams of carbs)
S: probably nothing since my lunch will be eaten later on today but I might make some hot coffee
D: turkey w/ sweet mini peppers
Water: 4 cups so far
Vits: just need multi after I finish eating my eggs, dang... I am full after 1 egg so I might call it quits now
Exercise: walking on my break later
