Honestly, I know it sounds weird, but I really enjoyed Gerber's purred chicken and beef baby food with a little sea salt and fresh-cracked pepper.

I'm seriously having a Hannibal the Cannibal moment. I don't know why. Maybe it was the sea salt and cracked pepper.

Yesterday I made beef stew. Slow cooked beef ribs that fell completely apart with carrots and potatoes. I can't wait to whir them around in the blender!

If you are also allowed soft foods... try lasagna guts.  Saved my life during pureed food stage-- so yummy.

Mix 1 egg with 1/4 cup parm chz and 1 cup cottage chz

Cover with sugar free/low sugar spag sauce (Hunts is good)

Sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder a little salt and pepper

Cover with motz chz

Bake 425 for 1/2 hour till chz is melted and bubbly

Eat hot!  Dish makes about 6-8 servings and will keep in fridge a few days.  Tastes like the inside of lasagna!  Now that I'm on solids I just add hamburger or ground turkey and zucchini slices instead of noodles.  Fantastic and versatile!
