B: 3 Jimmy Dean turkey breakfast links and a Laughing Cow light creamy swiss wedge
L: Ree's home made Italian meatballs and spaghetti gravy
D: Probably some Krakus ham and a cheese stick

S: Turkey Pepperoni Chips (thanks reneemosley) & Buddig Turkey Lunch Meat. I find it so funny that I eat cheap packaged lunch meat that I didn't eat pre-sleeve, but I'm still pretty early, and it feels better than regular roast turkey.
L: GF Homemade enchilada sauce (with almond flour, coconut oil & homemade chicken stock and spices) poured over frozen chicken tenders cooking in a slow cooker. Thanks to TNERNURSE for the idea!
S: Half of a 20 oz. isopure. Or maybe the whole darn thing. We'll see.
D: We are going out with friends! Protein first, no bread.

Hi Ohio girl! I'm from Cleveland. I had my VSG Nov 28 2012. I'm a hamburger fanatic and really miss being able to eat them. I actually tried a homecooked burger yesterday but it didnt go down to well. I've lost 31 lbs but I seemed to have stopped. Is this a plateau of some kind, It's a little discouraging.
B: turkey hot dog with chili/low fat cheese/onions - yum!!
L: Meatballs and salad (going to son's house for dinner)
D: unjury protein shake (decided to do shake once in a while to keep fat and calories down and increase protein)
my program discourages shakes at this point but I'm trying to get protein up without fat
