D - Turkey and whatever else at the in-laws, pumpkin pie
S - I dunno and I don't care. Did I mention I'll be at the in-laws? I'll eat whatever I want, dammit.

Happy Pill - oh, hell, yes

And as far as the "Happy Pill", I will have to take one myself to deal with what I need to deal with tonight.  It's gonna be a loooong evening for me.  I cannot wait until tomorrow!!!

Mmm yummy day so far!

B: protein coffee shake
L: grouper fish, bite (tiny) of each: carrot, pumpkin, eggplant, cabbage, cassava, parsnip
S: a most delicious salad with tomato, cucumber, lettuce, cheese and a yogurt dressing
D: don't know yet but will be dense protein like duck or lamb

Water, on track
Vites dine
Exercise...am on vacation

I take syntrax simply vanilla protein powder, about an eightth of the scoop, the same of unjury unflavored and half a scoop of chocorite chocolate supreme. I mix with about 4 oz of cold water and shake until its fully disolved and then add 8 - 12 oz of brewed regular hot coffee. No milk or sweetner. That works for me but you can mix any combination of protein powders and coffee really...it gives me abt 30-35 gr protein, 5 carbs and under 160 caliries.

Buon Natale Everyone!

Struggling with a stuck scale AGAIN -- these are not stalls -- these are brick walls that take me 7-12 days to knock down just to lose ONE MEASLY POUND......GRRRRR.  The chemistry and biology of this is NOT working.  Oh well.......at least I'm not gaining..........gotta find the silver lining!!!

Tonight will be a quasi-Festival of the Seven Fishes!  But those seven will include shrimp made several ways!

B:  Premier Protein Shake -- chocolate

L:  Ree's Pizza in a Cup w/added mushrooms and turkey pepperoni

D: Finny Fish and Shell Fish -- not much of either, but have to keep with my traditions!

 

Fluids:  5 cups so far

Vits:  Half Done

Exercise:  60 minutes of recumbent bike, treadmill, and weight training/lifting.  Was GREAT -- had the entire fitness center to myself this morning...........the other crazies I usually see must have slept in!

Got below 300 today! Did a round of carb cycling this week, it broke my stall and got me over the hump.

I am coming off a high carb day so its as low as I can go today.

B: Protein Shake

S: Protein Shake (post work out - 1.5 hours in the gym)

L: Turkey and some Spinach (I hope)

S: None

D: Mom's Sausage and Sauerkraut, staying away from moms Christmas goodies.

S: None

V: Yep

W: On track

E: Got 'er done! Hour and a Half (treadmill, eliptical machine, and upper body weights, oh and two flights of steps)

i am ready for Christmas
