S: a most delicious salad with tomato, cucumber, lettuce, cheese and a yogurt dressing
D: don't know yet but will be dense protein like duck or lamb

Buon Natale Everyone!
Struggling with a stuck scale AGAIN -- these are not stalls -- these are brick walls that take me 7-12 days to knock down just to lose ONE MEASLY POUND......GRRRRR. The chemistry and biology of this is NOT working. Oh well.......at least I'm not gaining..........gotta find the silver lining!!!
Tonight will be a quasi-Festival of the Seven Fishes! But those seven will include shrimp made several ways!
B: Premier Protein Shake -- chocolate
L: Ree's Pizza in a Cup w/added mushrooms and turkey pepperoni
D: Finny Fish and Shell Fish -- not much of either, but have to keep with my traditions!
Fluids: 5 cups so far
Vits: Half Done
Exercise: 60 minutes of recumbent bike, treadmill, and weight training/lifting. Was GREAT -- had the entire fitness center to myself this morning...........the other crazies I usually see must have slept in!
Got below 300 today! Did a round of carb cycling this week, it broke my stall and got me over the hump.
I am coming off a high carb day so its as low as I can go today.
