B: Premier Protein Shake -- chocolate
L: Ree's Shrimp Scampi (lower cal, lower fat than regular scampi -- but LOTS more garlicky!!! YEAH -- the more garlic, the better
D: Tuna Taco Salad
S:Trying not to eat snacks............stuck again............lose a pound, then wait 8-10 days to lose another one GRRRRRRR
Fluids: 6 cups so far -- hope to get to 10-12 today
Vits: half done
Exercise: 60 minutes total of weight training, recumbent bike, and treadmill

Oooh. I debated about posting my food tonight because it's been baaaad today. But better fess up and move on.
B: Kashi protein granola w/ skim milk
L: 5 or 6 cheese puffs, a deviled egg, 4 or 5 baby carrots with ranch dip and a bite of a vanilla wafer (@ a party, but no excuse. The damn thing was at my house.)
S: 1/2 piece of a chocolate candy and a Click protein shake
D: Starkist tuna creations (sweet and spicy) w/ 2 tablespoons of salsa
S: Hard boiled egg, probably a cup of coffee later on too
Liquids: Awful.
Vits: Will take now.
Exercise: Just running around like a madwoman preparing for a party, hosting it and now cleaning up after.
Thank goodness the rest of the Christmas parties I'm going to are not hosted by me! Hosting 2 large parties in 3 days is out of my comfort zone.
B - chips queso, chicken meat and a few bfast potatoes with my girl, we snuck out of the house before the boys woke up for shopping and breakfast :)
L - boiled shrimp, salad, a little brocolli casserole
D - boiled shrimp, salad, a little corn casserole, a very small piece of cheesecake
S - some sort of pie with friends for xmas with them late tonight
Vitamins - yup
Water - yup
Exercise - I was at my husband's family for 8+ hours today. I don't have to exercise. In fact, I want a freaking medal.
