Weight 222.6 - So the world didn't end and I peed off 3lbs...I shall call that VICTORY. I ate totally as planned yesterday so VICTORY. If only I can keep this feeling of accomplishment...oh wait I CAN it's a CHOICE...must keep telling myself that. Thanks to everyone who helped "agree" that I looked hot at 225 in my red dress!! My goal in wearing it was that will be the LAST time I will fit in it!!
Today I'm headed to my niece's for a Christmas party from about 3pm to 7pm. I will make BETTER choices but I know I will induldge in her so delicious sweet potato pie. Normally she gives me one to bring home (they are her gifts) so I will ask her if she plans to do that and if so (HELL YES I am taking it) BUT I will not eat some of the pie there. Further goal for today I will drink at least 3 quarts of water before I head out there. I will eat my steak that I sauteed with onions and bell pepper. Oh and my "faux egg nog" protein shake is DELICIOUS!!

No food yet. Just sipping liquids and protein. Trying to get them in the best I can at only 5 days post op.

108.2 lbs lost from highest weight!
(86.2 lbs of that was lost since surgery date)
