Egg Nog anyone??
I got this email from my support group leader. I actually LOVE cottage cheese (lately I've been putting it in my mini food processor and mixing it with SF pudding mix) soooo this first recipe sounds interesting!!
Muscle Building Eggnog Protein Shake = Enough for 2 servings

or use this basic recipe:
1/2 -1 cup ice
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese or nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon Stevia
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
ground nutmeg
ground cinnamon
vanilla extract
Blend and enjoy with an extra dash of nutmeg on top. Makes 2 servings.

4 oz. Silk Nog soy milk
4 oz. water
1 scoop vanilla protein
Dash of nutmeg
Place liquid in the blender first, then powder. Blend on low then high till well blended. Dash of nutmeg on top.
It's ok I'll call you crazy...it doesn't taste like "eggs" but it's like well **** I dunno. It's milk, eggs, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon mixed together and only served around this time of the year. It's think and sweet and yummy for some, blech for others. Some like it straight but others like it mixed with rum.
