Weight 225.6 - I will be so happy when they stop bringing **** into the office!!! I know I don't have to eat it...at 5 years out and 30+ years of bad habits I haven't gotten to that point yet. I will continue evolving and before I die I will get this regain back off.

Thank goodness today's my last day to wor****il next Wednesday. Too bad I have a Christmas party every single day until then! Making cupcakes tonight for one of the parties, which I've made a resolve beforehand not to taste test. I'm also making deviled eggs and I will graciously enjoy one of those.

Fortunately I am not struggling with Holiday sweets like I thought I would. In fact there is a bag full of very delicious cookies sitting right next to me and I am not even tempted. I am coming off a high carb (good carbs)/high calorie (1300) day yesterday so I am trying to keep extremely low carb/low cal today:
B: Muscie Milk Light Vanilla Latte (so good) and 3 oz of ham.
S: None
L: Sausage and Cabbage
S: None
D: Dunno Yet but it will be high protein, low carb all the way
S: Protein if I need it
W: Killing it today
V: Yep
E: Not sure yet. I hit it hard last night . If anything it will be 30-60 mins of cardio.
B: veggie burger, egg white fried in scant cooking spray
L: veggie burger, 1 wedge RF cream cheese spread (I just started stage 4, so not much variety yet LOL)
S: 1/2 cup 1% cream cheese
D: seasoned black beans, tomato puree, RF cheese -- bean enchilada w/o the wrapper unless I score some Bibb or Boston lettuce beforehand :)
Exercise: 40 minutes on recumbent bike
drinks: water and occasional Crystal LIght iced tea with fiber powder
