B: 23 g pro protein shake
S: rf string cheese
L: 2 tbsp spaghetti squash, 2 tbsp grd beef and tomato sauce.
D: not sure, probably salmon salad (need to find something other than mayo to give me that texture hmmm)
S: maybe another cheese stick.
Trying hard to get to only one protein shake a day eeegads its tough
V: yeppers
water: 5 cups done, goal about 10-12
Exercise: shooting for 30 min on bike tonight.
S: egg whites w/ WW cheese and Jimmy Dean turkey sausage crumbles
L: 2.5oz of leftover steak and 1/8c of almonds
S: maybe a clementine since my protein is high and my carbs are low
D: either leftover pork chop or cilantro lime shrimp I just bought in Costco
S: veggies and salsa or hummus
vits: good
water: on track
exercise: walked 5 miles (at 5mph)
Had a kid's holiday party at work today (I work for a children's publisher) and invited my little cousins in. It was fun but I didn't make the best choices!
B: 2 slices BH low sodium ham and 2 slices sargento ultra thin provolone
L: half a small quiche lorraine :\ whatever, not the best choice but I will hold myself accountable!
D: roasted chicken (I wrote "children" first and I was like OMG! lol)
S: boar's head turkey pepperoni, 1 oz BH lite vermont cheddar, and SF popsicles

Vegas diet - Denny's and booze.... Okay just kidding. I'm being good :)

L Hopefully spicy thai chili tuna and some egg white salad

D: Hopefully indian food or something...some chicken tandoori sounds good (not as good as chicken tikka masala but good enough)
S: who the hell knows what I'll get into - im trying to keep it low calorie during the day in case i stumble into trouble.
Going for a few little shopping outings, and a walk along the strip later tonight. Will get plenty of rest though.

S: protein hot chocolate made with flax milk
D: Turkey chili
S: probably a protein shake to get my protein numbers up
Exercise: Got an hour of the elliptical in, but need to do another hour to make up for yesterday.
Fluids: I don't even bother tracking because I am always way, way over
I usually don't post this thread anymore because I was doing maintenance, but decided last week to put myself in weight loss mode until the holiday break is over.

What a dreary, drab Thursday here in the Midwest. We're expecting 6-8 inches of snow, winds in the 40-50 mph range and temps to drop from low 50s now to low 20s by tomorrow. That's assuming the world doesn't come to an end as we know it! Yeah, right LOL
B: Bariatric Fusion Chocolate Mousse shake w/1/2 scoop unflavored protein powder to boost the protein count
L: 3.5 ounces of pan-seared Tilapia -- 1/2 teaspoon of EV olive oil to sear it and 1/2 cup frozen mixed veggies
D: Tuna salad probably...........or shrimp -- not sure yet
Fluids: 5 cups so far
Vits: half done
Exercise: I'm a slug today -- so damp and cold -- arthritis is having fun with my tired old body -- just lots of pain
Chocolate MOUSSE shake??? OMG i might have try this....
