On my way BACK to reality.  Only planned "transgressions" which means I will NOT eat them damn butter cookies.  Why because I planned the "treat" my supervisor brought in which was bagels and cream cheese.  NOW since I know the cookies will probably still be here tomorrow.  I "may" plan for those...tbd

D:  3oz Smoked Salmon; Broccoli

B: Plain Oatmeal with 1/2 Scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder and Fresh Blueberries

S: Protein Shake and an Organic Orange.

L: 1/2 Turkey and Avocado on 5 grain/flax bread and 5 Bean Salad

S: Organic Pear

D: Fried Tofu Green Curry with Brown Rice

S: None I am going to be way over calories today

V: Yep

W: On Track

E: 30 mins Cardio and Upper Body before Dinner

Exercise - maybe walking the trail of lights or something with the kids. They get off from school today for the next two weeks. Yikes! Hubby too (he's a teacher)

L:  3 oz 98% FF deli turkey, 1 wedge of RF cream cheese

S:  veggie burger patty, 1 large egg white fried in scant cooking spray

D:  2 oz chicken thigh meat, 1/4 c green beans

drinks include water and Crystal Light Iced Tea with clear fiber powder (goal 72 ounces)

Exercise:  recumbent bike 40 minutes

Good for you Ms. Shell. It's all about taking back your control. You're awesome . And I love butter cookies. Actually, generally anything with the word butter...

B: Premier vanilla shake

D: Hosting a Christmas party at my house this evening and we're offering basically junk (pizza, chips, holiday cookies, egg nog etc.). But I'll be at my own home, so I'll grab some cottage cheese with pineapple for myself. Maybe some celery w/ hummus too. 

S: White cheddar rice cake

Liquids: Eh. Working on it. 

Vits: Will take when I get home. 

Exercise: Just a mad dash through Wal-Mart after work for last minute party essentials.

Thank you! I weigh daily so anytime I go down an ounce I run to my computer and update it. Every ounce counts!!! Yours will be going down like this too!!!
