S - unjury strawberry in non fat milk
L - 2 baked chicken wings from dinner last night and black olives (i'm currently obsessed on olives)
S - crystal light protein shake
D - work christmas party (goal - not to eat pizza) will just pick on the side items
Vitamins - Done
Water - 1/2 done
Exercise - will treadmill at least 30 min tonight

B: Premier Protein Shake
S: Celestial Seasonings Sugar Cookie Sleight Ride Tea
L: 3/4 cup 1% cottage cheese w/3 T of Walden Farms bacon dip and 1.5 T of real bacon bits mixed in......YUM
S: Swiss Miss Sensible Sweets Diet Hot Cocoa made with water
D: Tuna Salad or Tilapia and some frozen mixed veggies or Shrimp and veggies
Fluids: 6 cups so far
Vits: half done
Exercise: 70 minutes total of recumbent bike, treadmill, weight machines and free weights
S: Cheddar cheese stick
L: Green Chicken soup
S: No plans yet but maybe a small V8.
D: Parmesean Tilapia or Dijon Shrimp
S: Might be a Protein Jello in my future
W: 2 cups so far. This is really bad, I know.
V: 1 down, 2 to go (I take 2 at night 1 w/ Lunch)
E: Parked super far from doctors office entrance and driver's license bureau entrance. Yeah I know that doesn't count. I know I need to do more. Ok, I will bike for 10 minutes tonight. Getting started.

S I have a little sweet tooth so I'm about to have a little ricotta with Splenda and SF vanilla Torani- tastes like canolli filling!
D chicken and spaghetti squash casserole- new recipe I found on Pinterest hope it's good!
