Soooo I thought I dug my head out my ass to finish THIS year strong (not that 2013 I won't be digging deep, but I have a end of 2012 goal) anyway then BAM...******g donuts...but then BAM...only ate 1/2 and tossed the rest of the trash. Small victories do indeed add up!!

Between the cluster that yesterday was and my hair appointment this morning, plus I was up late trying to stuff 400 Christmas cards. Sigh. Why did I wait until the last minute?

L: Holiday work party at a local steakhouse. I had 1/2 small garden salad w/ lite dressing, steak tips and sauteed zucchini. Not terrible choices, but I did overeat a little. Feeling a bit bloated at the moment.
S: the other 1/2 of my Click shake
D: The rest of my steak tips and zucchini from lunch
S: Maybe some cottage cheese or something
