Soooo I thought I dug my head out my ass to finish THIS year strong (not that 2013 I won't be digging deep, but I have a end of 2012 goal) anyway then BAM...******g donuts...but then BAM...only ate 1/2 and tossed the rest of the trash.  Small victories do indeed add up!!

B:  Protein Shake
S:  1/2 Maple Bar; Coffee
L:  PROTEIN Wasted!!!  And just a couple bites of Lemon Bars (total ******g win)
S:  N/A
D:  3-4oz Salmon; Salad

Water:  Goal 16 cups (been slacking)
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  ??

Between the cluster that yesterday was and my hair appointment this morning, plus I was up late trying to stuff 400 Christmas cards. Sigh. Why did I wait until the last minute?

So yeah, I forgot to eat. Again.

Early morning snack - diet hot chocolate

L: beef strips/sauteed bell peppers/onion/tomato (yes, i AM cooking - holy **** i even marinated my own meat haha)

S: mini egg white muffins

D: hummm....no idea yet, but it might be hard to drag me away from Mad Greek on my way to Vegas

 

Exercise - oh yeah, none of that monkey business :)  Short walk.

B: 1/2 Click protein shake (OMG, saw this Click recipe today at http://drinkclick.com/5-minute-clickmas-cakes#more-857 ADORABLE!)

L: Holiday work party at a local steakhouse. I had 1/2 small garden salad w/ lite dressing, steak tips and sauteed zucchini. Not terrible choices, but I did overeat a little. Feeling a bit bloated at the moment. 

S:  the other 1/2 of my Click shake 

D: The rest of my steak tips and zucchini from lunch

S: Maybe some cottage cheese or something

Liquids: Not great, but lots of time left

Vits: Will take later

Exercise: Not today, just work till 10 p.m. tonight

B: was going to skip but my stomach got ANGRY around 11AM lol so I had a south beach diet creamy peanut butter bar

L: bacon and egg salad (from eggface's blog) on two finn crisp multigrain thins

S: 1oz BH light vermont cheddar and 8 BH turkey pepperonis

D: not sure yet, going out to a Mediterranean/Greek place.  will shoot for high protein of course wink

S: SF popsicles

X: not tonight...well maybe walking around the Bryant Park shops for a bit enlightened
