L: homemade stir fry over more cauliflower "rice"
D: choices choices... I usually do all my cooking, or at least all the pain in the ass prep work (read: chopping) for the week on Sundays, and I haven't decided what to have. I have some chicken marinating in the fridge, as well as salmon, and hubby is making lettuce tacos tonight too so I'll choose one of those 3 proteins and include some broccoli.
water: I'm drowning in it, 16 cups so far lol. I'm having a super duper hungry day... oh wait that's every day since these damn steroids!
vitamins: on track
exercise: I wish. Saw the doc again this morning, platelets even lower than last week. Still would like to try and hang on to my spleen but I'm running very low on options at this point
P.S. did you make the mini peppers or find them somewhere? :)
7:00 am - One nasty protein shot before the fitness center. I won't buy any more of those.
8:30 am - 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1 soft boiled egg.
2:00 pm - right now I am having a cup of Elina's green soup. Last night I made it for the 1st time and didn't like the smell of it cooking. I tried a few tastes last night and then THREW OUT the recipe!
However, right now I am having a cup of the soup and I'm liking it!
Go figure.

S: Protein oatmeal
L: 2oz Turkey Pastrami and a WW cheese stick
S: maybe protein chips
D: probably chicken and steamed veggies
S: veggies and salsa or frozen gy w/ pistachio if I need the protein
vits: good
water: only 6 cups so far but I'll make my goal of 10 if not more
exercise: walk at home dvd

Ummmm...........there seems to be an obsession on OH and MFP today about sucking donkey parts -- butts and hairy balls? Memo must have slipped by me LOL I hope all of you who are dealing with donkey anatomy have improved days today and GREAT days tomorrow!

L: Orange chicken -- 3.5 ounces. Only the coating on the chicken, no extra sauce, no rice and 1/4 cup frozen mixed veggies
D: 6 jumbo boiled shrimp w/Walden Farms ****tail sauce
S: Only if I'm low on protein
Fluids: 7 cups so far
Vits: half done
Exercise: MAJOR cleaning project -- MFP says about 370 calories burned -- probably more like 250.
If you say **** it, i get to do it TOO!!! Oh wait...i'm kind of already there.

What a day! I'll leave the donkey parts out I guess lol
B- 3.5 oz of greek yogurt
L- 3oz of elk hamburger with salsa sprinkle of shredded cheese
S- Half of a protein shake
D- 2oz of steak and one shrimp maybe two
Water- Almost done
Vits- On track
Exercise- Told myself I was going to do 3 miles today I think it will 2 miles on the treadmill. If I don't go now its not gonna get done plus there is a dirty bathroom begging me to clean it have to get that done!
Ok, so I'm new to this as I was only just sleeved on 12/7. Keep in mind also, I'm on purees, so this ain't gonna look so great :-))
B - Unjury Chicken Soup
L - 1.5oz tuna salad from TooJay's Deli and 1 oz unsweetened applesauce
D - 1.5 oz smoked salmon and 1oz Stouffer's spinach souffle
S - Fage Greek yogurt with lemon juice, dill, mint, garlic, a bit of olive oil and salt (I know...'s like eating tzatziki sauce straigiht..but what the heck...I'm in the mood for savory, not sweet)
Water is ok...though I've not done a great job of tracking
Vitamins are on track :-)
