feeling you on the "fat" day. At least I'm doing kickboxing later, that makes me feel a little bit better about the extra cals ;)
B: 4oz cedar lean egg white and roasted chile frittata (they are normally 6oz but I didn't eat the whole thing)
L: 1 1/2 BH's low sodium ham and sargento ultra thin provolone roll ups, beanfield's bean chips
S: BH turkey pepperoni (6 slices) and maybe a babybel cheese
D: leftover beef stew with dumplings from yesterday. I won't eat a whole dumpling though, I swear
S: SF popsicles
Water: working on it
Vits: done
Exercise: kickboxing!

I'm feeling you on the fat day today... although my day is closer to a deep depression. The game last night was so heartbreaking!
I did just see a commercial for something called hot booties, they're these slipper things you warm in the microwave. My feet are always freezing... has anyone tried these?
B: homemade stir-fry
L: buffalo chicken over cauliflower "rice"
D: salmon and either broccoli or artichoke hearts
water: a little behind for me, but I'll get at least 16 cups
vitamins: on track
exercise: umm... nope. Docs still haven't figured out a way to keep my platelets at a safe level *sigh*

I'm a fellow New Englander ( RI)...feelin' the pain of last nights game too!!! Darn it!!!
B=1 overeasy egg and 1 turkey sausage
S=Granny Smith apple
L= 2oz tuna with celery and onions in it and a dill pickle
S=Advantedge Choc. protein shake
D=3 oz scallops (cooked on stovetop)and raw carrots ( that didn't sit too well with my sleeve though)
W=got it in
V=got 'em in
X= Elevator broken at work ( 4 flrs) so I took the stairs all day...that's down AND UP!!! ( knees are killin' me)
