LOL Ms Shell! Bakery goodies.......I remember those!
Still no snow here -- I'm dancing about that! Gray and gloomy -- but you don't have to shovel that! Hah!
B: Cookies and cream shake w/1/2 scoop unflavored protein powder to boost protein -- made with powdered dry FF milk
L: Taco in a Cup -- taco meat, Mexican 4 cheeses blend, grape tomatoes, green leaf lettuce, dab of sour cream
D: Probably tuna salad or cheese sticks.
S: Doubt I'll have any, but if so, cheese stick or two
Fluids: 5 cups so far
Vits: half done
Exercise: Lifting free weight/weight machines, recumbent bike, and treadmill -- 80 minute -- done by 6:30 a.m.!!!
B - Cottage cheese
L - chicken and asapargus
D - Whatever hubby makes, some sort of meat and veggie
S - Jerky, maybe cheese
V & W - Yup
Exercise - hahahahaha. No. Still major back pain

Boy is it snowing here! I work evenings for a school district and I'm really hoping they cancel us so I can cuddle up with my electric blanket and some warm coffee.
B: Starbucks tall skinny peppermint mocha (Yesterday was the last day of their BOGO sale, so I got two and put one in my fridge and reheated it for breakfast. I'm so freakin cheap.)
S: Fage w/ 1/4 c. blueberries, 1 packet Equal and SF raspberry Torani
L: My leftovers from yesterday's lunch at Olive Garden, grilled apricot chicken and steamed asparagus and broccoli
S: Baby carrots and roasted red pepper hummus, maybe some coffee if I need it
D: Premier vanilla shake (Never tried any flavor but their chocolate, but this is all they had at Sam's. Hopefully I like it.)
S: More baby carrots and roasted red pepper hummus
Liquids: Pretty good for me.
Vits: Will take between jobs.
Exercise: I plead the Fifth.
***UPDATE: Hehe, just got a call that my evening job is canceled. Looks like I will get to snuggle with my electric blanket after all .
It's a total ******g fat day...as long as I hibernate, I might be okay since I used the last of my almond milk this morning and can't sit around and drink protein shakes all day.

S: scrambled egg whites/veggies/turkey sausage crumbles
