Today is a GREAT day...why because I'm off work...woot woot and getting my hair done gonna be super fly!! Then tomorrow I get to see my girls. Sooooo and soooooo today I've decided to "pretend" that I'm eating like at work sooo here we go

Exercise: Cleaning House

Hitting the produce aisle tonight for some Kale. I'm going to try to make some baked garlic parmesan kale chips tomorrow night. I know, it sounds , but they're supposed to be really good.
B: Coffee w/ SF Coffee-mate (vanilla caramel)
S: Cottage cheese w/ pineapple
L: Turkey sandwich meat slices
S: Meeting my mom for Buy-One-Get-One skinny peppermint mochas at Starbucks after work ( A holiday special they're running NATIONWIDE from 2-5pm the 13-16th on all their holiday beverages)
D: Buffalo shredded chicken, steamed beets
S: Pepper slices w/ roasted red pepper hummus
Liquids: Working on it.
Vits: Will take when I get home.
Exercise: Maybe a 2 mile walk, depends on my motivation to wrap gifts or not.

I was told to buy the curliest Kale I could find and cut bite size pieces of leaf from the stems (so you throw out the whole stem from bottom to tip and just use the curly leaf part). Then you put them on a baking sheet, not overlapping any. From here you can drizzle with a tbsp. of olive oil or use a low calorie butter spray (that's what I'm trying). Then you sprinkle with garlic salt and grated parmesan. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are slightly browned. You want them crispy, but from what I understand they burn easily so pull as soon as you see the brown edges. I'll post how mine turn out in the Watcha Eating thread tomorrow.

I wish I could see you lookin' Supa Fly manana but sadly I won't be able to make it due to prior commitments. I wish I was getting my hair done but I'll settle for a nice spa pedicure & a gel manicure!!!!
I had a super bad eating day yesterday so I have to be good today.
