Since Thailand I just can't get my head back in the game....but I'm not quting (EVER) so it's just one struggle at a time. One day. One meal.
B: Protein Shake
S: Coffee; Fiber Gummies; Boiled Egg
L: 1 Cup Chili; Mini Peppers
S: **62oz Milk Chocolate**
D: Pork Loin Chop; Spinach
Water: Goal 12-16 cups
Vitamins: YUP!!
Exercise: See you next week

Tomorrow's Friday.
B: Coffee w/ SF Coffeemate (vanilla caramel)
S: Fage w/ SF raspberry Torani, 1 packet of Equal & 1/4 c. blueberries
L: 3 oz. shredded buffalo chicken, a few pieces of steamed broccoli
S: Mandarin oranges, probably some more coffee too
D: Going out to dinner. Most likely will have a grilled chicken salad.
S: ? maybe.
Liquids: Doing pretty good, on a Powerade Zero binge.
Vitamins: Will take when I get home.
Exercise: 2 mile walk.
My Gawd ... I had all intentions of being a good lil' sleever today ... that got thrown out the damn window after the big boss brought me a box of See's Candy. She was chatting away to me as I literally ripped the box open. This is what I get for depriving myself for too long. I better figure something out real quick!!!
OK, I am going to be accountable today ... I suck balls ... big, sweaty, hairy, donkey ones ... BLEH!!!
B: 3 ... almost 4 pieces of See's Candies ... yes, the 4th one would have taken me ova the edge if I took more than a tiny bite...
hum... that was probably all my calories for the day, wasn't it???
S: light salami & provolone (yup, the whole salty after sweety thing hit again too... heck, it always does!)
L: Carnitas Salad (do I even bother to be good? Um yea, if I wanna feel 1/2 way decent today!)
S: Coffee I hope ... iced preferably...
D: I should starve myself but will manage something... we shall see
Water: 2 cups so far (apparently because I was too damn busy stuffin' my face this morning!)
Vits: just need calcium
Exercise: I should run a damn marathon today, geesh!

E: 1 hour treadmill and upper body tonight

L - Leftover chicken/broccoli
D - Dunno, likely a salad, girlfriends and I are going to dinner/movie
S - Jerky/cheese if I want it

S: none (im really THAT lazy today)
L: **** iced protein coffee shake and Progresso vegetable soup (this one is for Jenn with the sweet/salty mix lol)
S: probably egg salad
D: I need to eat these chicken burger pattys that I have, otherwise I'll have a Double Stuff cookie shake.
Hoping that I dont cave in and go to the movies again and end up with more popcorn like I did yesterday. (but i enjoyed every bite of the popcorn!!)
Water - probably none since I lost my water bottle at the movie theater, and I need to stop drinking so much anyways. My 20oz shakes will be fine with a couple small glasses of water.
E: I AM going outside to walk but limiting myself to no more than 10 min at a time.
