B- 1 oz of shrimp

S- EAS carb advantage chocolate protein shake

L- 1oz of shrimp again both with a little garlic powder, and tonys on it

S- EAS carb advadntage again

D- either shrimp again or some talapia

Vits-  Been having trouble getting them these past few days.  They are the chewable ones and it is hard to make myself chew them down when I am not hungry and then it makes me sick plus the vitamins make me sick

Water- I am a little behind but going to catch up

Ex- kickboxing later on today

I will get this last 10 lbs. off if it's the last thing I freakin do! It's crunch time baby . Going to try to jump start this with some serious cardio tonight. Or, at least a walk...

B: Fage w/ SF raspberry Torani, 1/4 c. blueberries

S: String cheese

L: Grande skinny peppermint mocha

S: Tuna, 1/4 c. steamed broccoli

D: More tuna, some sort of steamed veggie

S: Hummus and cucumber slices

Liquids: Perrrrty good. For me.

Vits: Will take when I get home. 

Exercise: Something. I promised myself I'll do something. With the holidays it seems like my "free time" has been running thinner than usual.

L: half cup of turkey/lean beef chili with shredded sharp cheddar and a tablespoon of sour cream

D: going to mom's tonight after a haircut, my 91 year old grandmother (who still cooks a lot) made spaghetti and meatballs le sigh.  I will probably just have one meatball and call it a day

S: SF popsicle

Water: working on it

Vits: done

Exercise: been too busy at work to get down to the gym during lunch so I'm going to do some ab work with my sister tonight

B: starbucks latte; crockpot chicken over cauliflower "rice"

L: more crockpot chicken

D: broiled swordfish, cottage cheese sauce; sauteed (sp?) mushrooms and Brussels sprouts

 

water: well on my way... today was one of the longer treatment days and they always have trouble sticking me unless I have at least 8 glasses of water before I get there... at 7:30am...

vitamins: just bedtime needed

exercise: *sigh* can't seem to get my platelets up still so none :(

Hi all! Haven't been around in a little bit. I'm about 1 month post op wow has time flown! I've been approved for most foods now so finally starting to feel like a normal person lol. My problem is I'm having a really hard time getting all my protein in and I've been feeling SO slugish the past few days so I'm definitly going to be planning my meals from now on! It helps me a lot!

B: EAS chocolate shake
S: Egg salad (1 hardboiled egg, little light mayo and some paprikia)
L: Left over refried beans and 3 mini turkey meatballs
S:  Probably turkey sausage stick
D: Shrimp ****tail been craving it and finally bought ****tail sauce this week! And maybe a few bites of a stuffed clam

Water: Not enough. About to run out the door but taking my water with me!

Vits: Multi yes, taking calcium later

Exercise: 15 minute walk to the grocery store and home so its something lol

Exercise: it's called exam anxiety.  And walking the pug to the mailbox.  He's feeling a bit mama deprived lately.  Then tonight, cuddling on the movie sac with the pug, the daughter and the husband.  Son is too big - so he'll get the couch.  Maybe I just need a bigger lovesac?  lol

What a PITA day. I think the stars must all be out of alignment. And just to reinforce that, yet another morning where the scale hasn't budged. Only bright light was getting my water damaged iPhone fixed in 10 min for "only" $60.

B-big train chai protein coffee
L- 2oz salmon with 1tbs light mayo

S-blended turkey lentil soup
D-not sure-likely more soup
Will be up very late tonight for a work deadline so may also have the cottage cheese I brought to office but haven't eaten yet
