Sooo I gained MAJOR "weight" again pretty sure it's water weight in connection to the bread I consumed, but when your pants don't fit it doesn't matter WHERE the weight came from...with that said yeah doing what I gotta do to get it off.  Which means I actually BROUGHT my lunch to work and have everything planned for today!!

B:  Protein Shake
S:  Coffee; Fiber Gummies
L:  1 Cup Chili
S:  Boiled Egg
S:  Protein Shake
D:  Popeyes!!!!

Water:  Goal 16 cups damnit!!!!
Vitamins:  On Track
Exercise:  Goal 7500 steps

B: live active cottage cheese

S: protein shake

L: 1 oz swiss cheese and 10 turkey pepperoni

D: homemade chili

S: something to get that last bit of protein in for sure

Water: I have been getting 2-3 glasses in before breakfast in the morning! Get up early and drink before I eat. Working better to get tha****er in. I think I had 12 cups yesterday.

Exercise: walked on treadmill 30 min late last night and have Jazzercise for an hour tonight

Ms.Shell, I have Billy Dee's leash!!!!  I hope to see you on Saturday so I can bring it to you.  Give that adorable little pooch a kiss from his Auntie Jenn!!!

S: Starbucks iced coffee w/sf vanilla syrup, nonfat milk

L: Holiday Pizza Party (sucks major ... I hope to just pick off some toppings & eat salad)

S: maybe some light salami & provolone (as long as I don't get the sweets after salt craving!)

D: chicken & veggies I hope!

Water: 6 cups so far

Vits: oops!  I'll get on it now

It's Gallo Salame... the light version is yummy!!!!  I got it at Target but I've also seen it at most supermarkets.

OMG I had a terrible terrible day yesterday - i cant even think about what I ate. Today is a new day.

B: diet hot chocolate with SF raspberry

S: chike protein shake

L: chicken burger patty

D: rotisserie chicken/toasted sesame 

water: ****ive already haad 100oz today - and its not even 11:00. Need to stop drinking. 

I hope I can get out for a walk today. Feelign lazy.
