If we don't get any measurable snow by midnight, we will break a record for longest time without snow! Sometimes living in the Midwest isn't awful LOL Feel so sorry for te folks in the Twin Cities......
B: Cookies and Cream protein shake w/ 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, 3/4 water and 1/2 scoop unflavored protein
powder to boost the protein intake.
L: Taco salad.......so good -- even chopped a few slices of turkey pepperoni to give it an extra "kick"! Love savory dishes!
D: Tuna salad.......lunch was a big calorie ladened at 309 calories, but OHHHH, so good!
S: Not enough calories left for a snack
Fluids: 4 cups so far -- gotta get a move on with this
Vits: half done
Exercise: 70 minutes at my fitness center -- recumbent bike, treadmill, weight machines and free weights.

B: broiled swordfish with cottage cheese sauce and roasted Brussels sprouts
L: crockpot Italian chicken over cauliflower "rice"
D: crockpot buffalo chicken, cauliflower, more Brussels sprouts
water: on it
vitamins: need 2 calcium doses still
exercise: still a big no from the doc, I'm going to ask again tomorrow depending on what my platelets are

B: Pumpkin k-cup with cinnamon vanilla creamer
S: Cottage cheese w/ pineapple
L: Non-fat latte
S: Shredded buffalo chicken w/ a few saltines
D: Fage w/ SF caramel Torani
S: Maybe another non-fat latte, lots of stuff to do tonight
Liquids: Working on it. Picking up some more Powerade Zero tonight. That seems to help me reach the liquid goal.
Vitamins: Will take later tonight.
Exercise: Just running errands all night.
