Whatcha eating today VSGers...Monday!!
Soo being around all those skinny *****es sent me into a food spiral (not really but yeah I ate with NO abandon). Of course something in what I ate obviously caused me EXTREME bloat (I'm up 6lbs from Saturday). Only got to show me...the calories and carbs in some foods is bad enough, MULTIPLY that with the effects it has on MY body...yeah so not worth it.

D: Protein Shake
Water: Goal 12 cups

Exercise: Hitting the gym doing SOMETHING

6lbs? Must be water weight. No way you actually gained real weight.

Had a terrible weekend for eating. I'm still having trouble with that, being good all week and then pigging out on the weekend! (not really, but feels like it!) I need to be more structured on weekends.
Breakfast: half a fage 0% with cherries
S: 1/4 oz salmi with 1/2 ounce deli sliced provolone
L: cauliflower pie made like pizza (it's ok, but not great), 1/4 oz salmi with 1/2 ounce deli sliced provolone
S: hopefully won't need one.
D: going out with friends for thai food which isn't my favorite but at least I can just stick to chicken satay or something.
S: SF ice pops

Water: working on it
Exercise: was gonna go to the work gym but forgot my towel to shower! :(

Maybe you are looking at weekends as your time to relax instead of time to take care of business for WLS. I work all week long and its not always convenient for me to do things in the evening to weekends are my time to shop for the things I need and to get my cooking done for the week. Weekends are game on for me.
