I want to be like you some day... Well minus the sarcasm, I am just not built for that part. But seriously please stay in touch with those of us who aspire to be in your shoes!

These are the first days of the rest of my life. I feel like i have gone through a rebirth, with a second chance for a new life to live and a new me to treasure! I will remain on the losers bench for the rest of my  healthier life!

Hey Rugster

Makes my day to see you back here. Even better to hear you are in the "groove" of maintaining comfortably and without an excess of mental anguish. Gives hope to all who fret about regain.

And you are one good lookin' dude - great when heavy and even better "scrawny".   I also lost below goal and some people think I am too thin but dr. says otherwise and i secretly also love being told i am too thin and should eat more. Ha ha. who'd a thunk it.

Please stay in touch. Once in awhile have a couple glasses of wine and sit down at the keyboard and let your sarcasm gland take over. We love it.

Diane
