D: TBD - probably leftovers of whatever lunch is :)
Water - had more than enough, but behind my usual million ounces.
Exercise - I walked 2 miles this morning!! Yay!

B: Protein pancakes (a recipe I found from an old post), turned out quite well. I added a tbls. of blueberries and drizzled a little SF syrup on top. Yummo. Couldn't finish of course.
L: Corn tortilla onion pizza
S: Pumpkin k-cup w/ cinnamon vanilla creamer
D: Egg salad
S: Fage w/ SF caramel Torani, I'm sure lots more coffee throughout the night
Liquids: Not good, as always. I'm sure I'll finish or come close before bed.
Vits: Will take with dinner.
Exercise: None. I haven't followed through with exercise all week, even with the best of intentions. Tomorrow is a new day though.
Hey! Any chance you guys can take a little drive out to New England for the next OH Girls Lunch? I'll start planning the VSG menu now if you give me a date!!!
