OMG if I have to have another restless night Imma SCREAM!!!!

B:  Coffee STAT; 4 Gummy Fibers
S:  2-3 Boiled Eggs (might make an egg salad)
L:  6oz Chicken Cauliflower Casserole
S:  Cucumbers in Apple Cider Vinegar
D:  I dunno

Water:  Goal 12 (totally off goal yesterday)
Vitamins:  Locked and Loaded
Exercise:  N/A

Water: working on it (I've really been struggling since surgery to get all of this in ... some days are better than others)

 

I hit my 3 week stall a week early ... I haven't lost anything the last 8 days and my cals have not reached above 500 in any given day.  I know these are to be expected but they suck! ...  LOL ... I have to say that my eyes are definitely bigger than my stomach now ... every time I make a plate of food for myself I have a dab of this and a dab of that ... I look at my plate and it looks so empty ... I stare confused sometimes that that is all I'm going to eat .... then most of the time I can't even eat the tiny bit I've put there! I still have to scale down my portions which seems so bizzare because there is barely anything there to begin with. I'll tell ya my dogs have been loving me!

Use saucers or small ramekins.  It looks a lot less depressing that way!

Invest 20$ in some really fun small dishes....It will make you feel better. Part of my post op program was to have a supply of small dishes and silverware to eat from as I was learning my new capacity. It was fun to find fancy ****tail forks and spoons and fun tiny plates and bowls.

I hear you on the restless night...Im tired up of being up so damn early when I dont have to work. 

 

Early morning snack: diet hot chocolate

B: cottage cheese/fresh pineapple

S: egg white/sausage  mini muffins, double stuff cookie protein shake

L: turkey breast/gravy, mixed veggies

S: more egg white muffins, maybe greek yogurt 

D: probably more turkey breast, veggies

S: protein shake

TGIF. I'm so tired I don't even know how I'm going to get through the rest of this darn day. Only 2 hours and 39 minutes left of work for me today. But who's counting?...

S: 1 Quest peanut butter cup

L: Fage w/ SF Raspberry Torani

S: String cheese, and definitely another cup of coffee before I leave work

D: Probably Starkist Tuna Creations w/ either a Laughing Cow wedge or veggies

S: Skim milk

Liquids: Nursing a Powerade Zero. I've been super parched today. 

Vits: Will take when I get home. 

Exercise: I probably should go for my 2 mile walk since I didn't yesterday (decided to do my Christmas cards instead), but unless I get a second wind it's not going to happen tonight either. yes

We renewed our Annual passes for Disneyland & enjoying our day at the "Happiest Place On Earth"!!!

B: Starbucks Skinny Peppermint Mocha (I'm a happy gurl today!)
L: Smoked Turkey Leg (some of it anyway, sharing with the kiddos)
D: dinner with my sis, Suzy & the family

Water: 4 cups so far
Vits: still need multi & Calcium
Exercise: lots of walking at Disneyland!!!
