Use a straw, put is as far back in your mouth as possible, and don't breathe (or, instead, hold your nose!).  Smelling it is what helps you taste it. And there are more taste buds in the front.

Blechhh.  I feel for you!  But, it eventually all goes down -- and the fun part?  It eventually comes rushing back out til it looks like you are pooping pure spring water!  LOL!

I had to drink that stuff 2 months ago...not fun. I never actually succeeded in getting 8-10oz in 10 miin, it was more like 15 lol. And I never finished the bottle - just couldnt do it. After the first 2 glasses, I figured out that I was supposed to put it on ice, so I made the drin**** COLD which made it a little easier.

Mine was a powder that I had to mix with water and it was kind of fizzy and tasted like orange soda with a twist of lemon. It was not bad at all. Had to drink it and then three liters of water. That was the hard part!!!

DEFINITELY COLD -- the instructions on mine suggested it was better cold, and I believed them!

I did Miralax in G2--relatively painless, at least on the way down.

I can't remember what mine was called but I do remember I drank like a huge container. I drank every 30 min and then in between diet iced tea and bouillon and eating jello. I was fine and I wasn't even hungry. It hit me after about 1 hour and then went to the bathroom every 40 min or so until about 7 PM and then I was done.

Good luck.

Hugs,

Rita
