L: 2 ounces smoked salmon, 7 baby carrots, a radish, 1/8 an avocado and 1/4 cup romaine
D: either 2 more ounces smoked salmon or 2 ounces tuna steak (but didn't go down well last night) and brussels sprouts
S: protein shake
Water: 20 ounces down, 40 to go
Vits: still working on them
Exercise: will walk the dogs for an hour
You can eat carrots and radish a month post-op?? It took me months to eat veggies.

Last night after the Nutcracker (which was fabulous!!) we went to a dim sum place. I had one chicken steamed dumpling, one veggie steamed dumpling and one shrimp steamed dumpling. They were perfect and stats aren't too bad!
B: scrambled egg with some shredded cheddar
L: had a work holiday lunch at a fish place and I hate fish BLEGH! I had a few steamed edamame's and a chicken sandwich. I ate maybe 1/4 of the chicken inside the sandwich
S: not sure, might be hummus I'm a little hungry!
D: Hubby isn't home and I have tons of things to do in preparation for a dinner party I'm having tomorrow. I think it will be a take out night. There's a little Peruvian place by me that makes fabulous rotisserie chicken so I'm thinking that with some beans perhaps.

X: should've went to the work gym today for 30 mins or so but I didn't because of the work lunch :( Perhaps tomorrow!

Hi from Bangalore! Started the day at 4am heading to the airport to fly to Mumbai. I'm now on hour 22 of what appears to be a 24 hour shift. Holy S**t. Luckily i got an hour sleep on the plane back from Mumbai this evening and another 30 minutes in the cab back to the hotel.

L: Chicken, 2oz; Fish 1oz; Veg 1 oz
S: 1 small cookie + Latte
D: Chicken breast with marinara
Good news is I finally got down to a pound under goal today. Hope that breaks my one significant stall and I can get down another 5 lbs or so before i go into maintenance.

I just got back into the office from an off-site training. I had to watch & be around EVERYONE eating the candy bars my boss brought in. I was too busy at work this morning to eat so I just sat there & suffered while drinking 4 cups of my mojito crystal light. What the F eva!!!

It's already 4:00pm and I just had my lunch ... I was too full for too long with the poached egg ... I may skip dinner and just have the shake in the evening to get my protein in ... I was also not able to finish my tiny fish fillet ... Wow this is so weird!
