Whatcha eating today VSGers...Thursday!!!
Boy oh boy...thank God when I returned from Thailand (to work) I brought this Atkins Day Break - Oatmeal Cinnamon Baked Squares to put in my drawer. I don't have them often, BUT, I was cleaning off my shelf at home and just thought "hey take these to work." Well well well TODAY is donut Thursday, I completely forgot (which is a GREAT thing) but when I saw someone chowing down on one I was like OMG not today...so I just turned around...went to my desk and broke out my Atkins and enjoyed it sipping my coffee. Put my protein shake in the freezer for later. These bars are WAY higher in carbs then I like BUT they also have a GOOD amount of fiber and by far are BETTER then me eating a donut (or two).
B: 2 cups Coffee; 1 Atkins Oatmeal Cinnamon Square; Boiled Egg (needed more protein)
S: Protein Shake
L: 6oz Chicken Cauliflower Casserole; Cucumber in Vinegar
S: ??
D: Not sure I didn' t take anything out =(
Water: Goal 12-16 cups
Vitamins: Nope forgot them at home will take some when I get home
Exercise: N/A
B - cottage cheese
L - chicken and brocolli
S - greek yogurt
D - chicken and some veggie, whatever hubby does with it
S - cheese, deli meat if I need/want
Water - on track
Vitamins - on track
Exercise - trying to make it to the gym today.

L: Trader Joe's egg white salad and 1/2 a chicken burger w/ salsa
S: I'm low on protein so maybe a mint hot chocolate or a protein bar
D: either left over steak or salmon that I just bought

6 - 1/2c Lowfat cottage cheese with manderine oranges 130c/13P

Exercise: Walking dog if it doesn't rain, cleaning house

Not a good day. I was supposed to meet with my surgeon this morning for my six month follow-up. Took 3 hours off work, traveled 35 minutes to get there and then they had to cancel. Not a cool way to start my day. But I got to sleep in 20 minutes longer this morning. So I guess I can't complain that much. Now if I can only find someone to babysit my kids so I can go to my support group meeting tonight...doesn't look like any family members are going to help me out with that.
B: Small non-fat gingerbread latte from Dunkin Donuts. (Don't even look up the stats. You'll be horrified.), 1 butterscotch hard candy when I got up too
L: 1 Quest protein peanut butter cup, coffee a little later
S: Sandwich meat (turkey or ham) with a little yellow mustard
D: Starkist tuna creations in the sweet and spicy flavor, little bit of steamed broccoli
S: Fage w/ SF caramel Torani
Liquids: Not too bad so far.
Vits: Will take when I get home.
Exercise: 2 mile walk .
I dont have much of a plan today - I need to get groceries but my head just isnt up for a trip to the store (or my body but my head is the bigger problem). All i want is junk food. Sooo who knows what today ends up looking like

Maybe by some miracle my Chike order will arrive today and I can have a chike protein shake later otherwise I guess im eating my Morningstar pizza burgers for the rest of the day :)
