How you do make your curry?  I'm a huge curry fan - but usually order it to go.  Would love to figure out how to make a healthy homemade version!

Super easy. Add curry paste, onions, oil. Add protein saute. Add cocnut milk and fish sauce.

Thats the basic gist. You can add other veggies if you want. Use light coconut milk...saute using broth..etc etc

B: Kashi protein granola with 4 oz. skim milk

L: Grilled chicken salad w/ lite balsamic vinaigrette dressing

S: Tall skinny peppermint mocha

D: Starkist tuna creations (sweet & spicy flavor), some kind of steamed veggie

S: Hard boiled egg

Liqiuds: Eh. Did pretty good with this during the work week. Sucking today. Hopefully will finish before bed.

Vits: Will take after dinner. 

Exercise: 2 mile walk.

Candy...I LOVE the pic!!! I love the colors!!! What an awesome achievement!!! You should be soooooo proud of yourself!!! Do they "color you red" while you walk? Just curious were the name came from...Charity race for heart disease?...Like the "wear red on friday" thing?

B=1 egg overeasy

S= 2/3 granny smith apple

L= 3 oz smoked salmon and dill pickle

S=Coffee with splenda and FF creamer

D= Elina's Spinach Casserole ( Yummy new addition for me)!

S= not really hungry...probably just a cup of tea.

W= UGH...not a great day for that

V= all in

It's Color Me Rad (RAD not red) http://colormerad.com/ - they throw it at  you run by every K :) I believe it is charity of some sort, but I am not 100% sure, to be honest.

There's also The Color Run http://thecolorrun.com/ - same basic thing.

There's a 5k here in Austin pretty much every weekend somewhere if you want to find them. Just google for your city. I've done several over the past 18 months, but this was one of the better ones for sure.

My first time posting as well!

B - 1/2 c cream of wheat

S - Premier chocolate protein shake

L - 1 c tomato soup

D - 1/2 c Cream of Mushroom soup, 1/2 c Dannon Vanilla and coconut light n' fit yogurt (yum!)

S - Premier chocolate protein shake

Water - About 4 cups in. Getting this much water is in HARD!

Vites - Covered

Exercise - Short walk around the neighborhood. I'm going slowly, I don't wanna hurt myself.
