B: Premier Protein Shake -- Chocolate
L: My Rip Your Face Off chili -- super HOT
D: Boiled shrimp w/Walden Farms seafood ****tail sauce
S: only if I need one -- will be light cheese sticks if I have anything
Fluids: 5 cups so far
Vits: half done
Exercise: recumbent biking, weight machines and free weights, walking -- total of 90 minutes to day

Hi all! I am running around like a chicken with my head cut off today trying to finish Christmas shopping. I will not procrastinate and wait until the last minute this year. Only 18 more days!
B: 1/2 cup High Protein maple brown sugar oatmeal (thanks for recommending acbbrown!)
S: Soft Protein Bar (15g of whey protein isolate/concentrate mix)
L: 4 small bites Chicken salad (just shredded chicken breast and light mayo with herbs)
S: ? idk my options are natural applesauce cup, 1/4 cup 1% cottage cheese, or more chicken salad
D: ? No idea....
S: Maybe high protein hot chocolate (thanks again acbbrown)
V: Have some in, working on the rest....waiting for my Vit D script....surgeon put me on a super high dose once a week
W: 1 cup in....Working on it
E: Does walking around shopping count? I plan on doing a mile on the treadmill later tonight

Love the oatmeal and hot chocolate - who would have thought those would make perfect post surgery meals/snacks :)

B- 1/2 ounce SF Strawberry Jello
L - 1/2 ounce SF Strawberry Jello
D- 1 ounce SF Strawberry Jello
S - SF Popcicles (Oh, how I love the pineapple ones)
Water - 16 ounces so far
Exercise - I walked target trying to find the Gas X strips since Nurse Evil threw mine away...
Vitamins- 1 of 2 Multi...still contemplating the rest, not sure my tummy can handle them
