Whatcha eating today VSGers...Wednesday!!!
I'm silly and posted today's meals on the TUESDAY page! guess I'm losing it!
I really really miss raw vegetables and salad, I can't wait until I'm three months post op so I can reintroduce these into my diet. *whine*
B: BH low sodium ham 1 slice, sargento thin slice provolone 1 slice
L: half a chicken rollup I made off of skinnytaste last night. Instead of proscuitto I just used the BH ham. I'll have this with some chickpea salad
S: 5 hormel turkey pepperoni slices nuked to make crisps, possibly a Fage greek yogurt to hold me over until my dinner
D: going to see the Nutcracker tonight at Lincoln Center! After the show, around 8:30 we are going to a Chinese Dim Sum place, they have lots of "small plate" options so I will try for something healthy and high protein!
S: Maybe a SF popsicle before bed

X: after two days of kickboxing I'm taking a rest day today. I am SORE! My tail bone aka butt bone is killing me!

S: turkey pepperoni crisps w/ 1 oz checcar cheese
D: making flank steak for the family. If there is enough, I'll have some. If not, might try a pizza like everyone has been talking about.
