Whatcha eating today VSGers...Wednesday!!!

Tried making a corn tortilla pizza last night and it turned out great! I did a little research before hand and pan fried it on the stove first with a squirt of imitation "butter" spray (5 calories). Just a few minutes on each side to make it crisp. Then I layered cheese, sauce, cheese, toppings (cheese first, not sauce first to avoid sogginess) and stuck it in the oven under the broiler for 3 minutes. Voila! Tasted just like thin crust pizza and by my calculations 156 calories, 10 carbs, and 11 grams of protein (this is with 4 turkey pepperoni slices, pizza sauce, and mozzarella). I used one Mission brand extra thin yellow corn tortilla, which are about 5 inches across. I was able to eat about 3/4 of it.
On to today:
B: Click mocha protein coffee hot w/ two mini moo creamers
S: String cheese
L: Fage w/ SF raspberry Torani
D: Ricotta bake w/ pepperoni
S: eh? We'll see. Maybe some warm milk before bed.
Liquids: Working on it. Actually doing pretty good today in this regard.
Vits: Will take between jobs.
Exercise: Nope. Working a 14 hour day today. Yuck.
Thanks Summer! I couldn't wait to hear how yours turned out, so I bought corn tortillas last night and made one. YUM! Though I did not use the butter spray and used my toaster oven to broil it first and then made the mistake of putting sauce on first. Stuck just a bit to the pan, but not bad. But I am going to have one for dinner tonight and change things up a bit. Thanks for the idea! Really hits my pizza craving. I calculated mine at about 250 calories and 16 Protein, but I used a lot of cheese and put 10 turkey pepperoni on mine, plus ate 6 other pepperoni's too. :O) A little too much for one sitting, but oh so good, my dog helped me eat the rest.

ive been up since 5 am so I feel like my dayy should almost be over even though its only 10am. Just more hours to eat..dammmn
Breakfast: diet hot chocolate, fresh pineapple
S: egg white salad from trader joes, small protein shake
L: rostisserie chicken, mixed veggies
S: banana strawberry protein shake, egg white muffins
D: Morning star pizza burger
S: The rest of my egg white salad - expires today!
Water - way too much already.
Exercise: wil take my little walks around the block.
