B - Muscle Milk Lite and some Quinoa Salad

L - Beef Tips and Broccoli Lean Cuisine (pulled all the meat out of the gravy and let it drain off before I ate it)

S - Almonds

D - Some sort of fish and lots of veggies (or as many as I can eat)

S - Will need protein today

W - On it going over 100 oz today

V - Yep

E - 60 mins treadmill and upper body tonight

I decided yesterday to try to up my calories to 1000 per day to see what happens. If I were hungry this might be possible but so far I haven't eaten lunch and I just realized I have to leave in 10 minutes to get my kids from school and take them to the orthodontist so that means I'm grabbing a protein bar, I guess.

I have no plan today, which is bad. Me without a plan means I eat whatever is in front of me. I had cottage cheese for breakfast and likely a bar for lunch. That's 300 calories total. So umm... I need 700 more and I'm not hungry. I'm gonna eat a lot of cheese or something. LOL, or ya know, whatever hubby cooks tonight.

Vitamins and water are good
I'm thinking I'm going to try to hit the gym tonight or tomorrow. I keep saying that. I'm working on it.

LOL... I know... it's a stupid thing to complain about, right? I kind of wish I got hungry. I've been hungry like 5 times in the past year. Like actual hunger. It's freaks me out sometimes to look at the clock and think "when was the last time I ate?"... and then I'm playing calorie catch up and wonder if I should just say "eff it" and eat cookies or something because they have more calories. *laughing*

I think if I can figure a way to get my calories up a bit, it might get me back in losing mode. I've been so low the past few weeks, it needs a kick in the pants. The obvious answer is cheese. I have a beautiful brie in there and there's also a gouda I picked up. Ohh... maybe cotswold...

Try avocado or almond butter. Both are higher in calories and full of good, healthy fats too. :)

Tree nut allergy, but the avocado is an idea... I don't use sauces often, I guess I could do that too. It's not a problem AT ALL for me to eat even 1500 the week before my monthly cycle, but any other time. Meh.

Some people just like to slice open an avocado and eat it with a spoon. Or, you could cook up some bacon and crumble it in there and then eat it together.

I just like a couple of slices in rolled in my deli meat or something.

and like you said, cheese, esp. full fat, is a good way to eat some extra calories too.

 

Try to graze a little throughout the day, rather than focusing on strict mealtimes. It seems counterintuitive, but if you are trying to up your calories, it may help to just eat 5 or 6 200cal snacks.

Yup. Oh, and I love avocado. Doesn't matter how it's prepared. LOL. I just don't buy it because it goes bad before I can eat the whole thing. LOL. I'm just going through a "meh" stage right now. Give me a few days and I'll be fine again. Right now I'm just sick of the whole food thing. *laughing*

D: Tuna & unjury Protein'd cheese sauce

Vitamins, good
Water, behind but will catch up after lunch
Exercise, will walk 3 miles tonight & work shoulders & back

And I am pissy because TOM, I had an ablation 4 years ago and did not have one for years, had one last month, hoping it was a fluke...guess not, explains why not losing for a couple of days,!
